About Trancher
Trancher is a non-custodial trading terminal built on Uniswap v4. It lets you place single-sided limit and laddered orders as on-chain liquidity — buy dips, sell rips, or run a buyback-and- distribute ladder — with a per-order policy that runs automatically when an order fills, with no keeper and no price oracle for the core mechanics.
How it works
An order is placed as single-sided liquidity in a Uniswap v4 pool governed by the Trancher hook. When the market trades through your price, your order fills — and your chosen policy runs atomically: keep the proceeds as a claim, extract a percentage to your wallet, or reroll the rest into an opposite-direction return leg (a filled buy becomes a sell that re-acquires your quote). No bot, no oracle — the swap that fills you is the trigger.
Non-custodial & immutable
Your funds sit in the pool/hook and are always withdrawable by you — Trancher never takes custody. The hook contract is immutable: there is no upgrade key and no proxy, so the rules can't be changed under you. New versions ship as new contracts at new addresses.
Fees
The protocol takes a small cut of the swap fees your resting liquidity earns — never a tax on your trades or principal. The cut is capped in the contract.
